PDP will be a party to beat in 2019 – Mulikat Akande Adeola
A woman in politics and Ogbomoso born Polician, Hon. Mulikat Akande Adeola who won election for the position of House of Representatives in Ogbomosho/North/South/Orire Federal constituency under the platform of peoples Democratic Party, PDP has assured Nigerians that her party will do everything possible so as to be a party to beat in the next political dispensation, stressing gone are the days of deceits and propaganda.
The former Lawmaker also reiterates that the leadership of the party are mapping out plans so as to sheathe the sword among the coalition of the aggrieved members who pulled out of the party in the last election.
She made this available during an interview with a correspondent of Nigerian Tribune, stating that the recent judgment is not just for PDP but for the whole of Nigeria, a judgment that is bound to entrench democracy further, a judgment that has brought joy to every democrat.
She says in democracy, the majority would always have their way and notes that PDP have the majority which she sees as a divine intervention.
She also clears the air that PDP losing the last election was not on the ground of corruption, stressing that Corruption came up after the emergency of the governing party but can not be substantiated.
She says poverty is in the land, noting that the ruling party, APC is making life unbearable for the populace and majority of the people can not eat three square meals in a day.
She further says Nigerians have learnt their lessons and they would never go back to their vomits and repeat the same mistakes committed in 2015.
She contradicts another National confab in the country, saying that the last National Conference report should be reviewed, act and consolidate upon.
