I will succeed Ajimobi – Shittu

This was contained in his recent radio interview where he made it crystal clear that he is the most experienced and frontline politician among those eyeing the Agodi landlord.

Minister of communication Barrister Adebayo Shittu on Saturday reaffirm his determination to be the next governor of Oyo State saying, other aspirants in APC will join him in winning the election.

Shittu, former attorney general in the state while speaking at a personality interview on radio station in Ibadan said he has the political maturity and experience to make others work for him.

” I am not afraid of other aspirants, I am the most experience, I have been in politics since I was a students I have been serving in government too so I have what others don’t have and I am sure all this will work for me”

” in fairness Governor Ajimobi have done well, apart from Jemibewon he is only governor that has recorded tremendous success in term of infrastructures development and other sectors and by the time I succeed him I will do more and take Oyo state to a greater height.

“I have program and plans that will enhance agricultural developments, education, health and other sectors in the state and by the Grace of God my administration will change Oyo state for better”.

Speaking on the clamour for Oke Ogun to produce the next governor n the state, Shittu said ” over the years we have been producing deputy governors and we have never fail we should be allowed to produce the governors too we will never fail”.

” With due respect to my Egbon senator Abiola Ajimobi, the support he espoused for Oke Ogun is in appreciation for the support we gave him in the last election, Oke Ogun people voted massively for him because of the love for APC and Muhammadu Buhari and I think that is why he is assuring us of his support.
